Albertosaurus

Albertosaurus was a large tyrannosaurid dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period in North America. It was closely related to the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex, but generally smaller and with a more slender build. Fossil evidence suggests Albertosaurus was a formidable predator, likely hunting smaller dinosaurs and scavenging when opportunities arose.
