Coelurus

Coelurus was a small, facultative runner dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period. It possessed long legs and a light frame, suggesting it was capable of both walking and running for short distances. Fossils indicate it was one of the earliest dinosaurs known to have exhibited this dual locomotive ability.
