Common Angelshark

The Common Angelshark is a flattened, bottom-dwelling shark found in the warm, shallow waters of the Indo-Pacific. These gentle giants are characterized by their wide, almost disc-shaped bodies and primarily feed on invertebrates found on the seabed. They are a critically endangered species facing threats from habitat destruction and fishing.
