Crowned Lemur

The Crowned Lemur is a striking primate found in the rainforests of Madagascar. Distinguished by the prominent, erectile crown of hair on its head, this lemur uses this display to signal dominance and attract mates. They are primarily frugivores and spend much of their time in the canopy.
