Gervais' Beaked Whale

The Gervais’ Beaked Whale is a deep-diving oceanic cetacean, rarely seen and difficult to study. It's distinguished by its unusually large, prominent beak and unique saddle patch on its head. These whales are found in the deep waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, primarily feeding on squid.
