Green Sawfish

The Green Sawfish is a rare and critically endangered species of sawfish, distinguished by its long, flattened rostrum or “saw.” These sharks inhabit shallow coastal waters and estuaries, primarily feeding on invertebrates. Sadly, their populations have declined dramatically due to habitat loss and fishing pressure.
