Ornitholestes was a small, bird-like dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period. Its name, meaning "bird-lizard," reflects its lightweight build and wishbone-like bone structure. This agile predator likely hunted small prey in packs, making it one of the earliest known pack hunters.
