Poekilopleuron

Poekilopleuron was a large, long-necked herbivore that lived during the Late Cretaceous period. It possessed a distinctive, heavily ridged sail on its neck, likely used for display or thermoregulation. Fossil evidence suggests Poekilopleuron was one of the largest ornithopods known from North America.
